make a grinding noise when I press the pedal!
That noise may be the result of your worn out pad's metal backing, grinding

ASAP.
My brake
pedal will occasionally fade or feel soft, possibly going
all the way to floor.
This could be a defective master cylinder. Brake repair is needed ASAP.

I was
told my brake fluid reservoir is low.
This could be the result of normal brake wear. If the reservoir is extremely
low or appears empty, it could be from a leak in any part of the brake's
hydraulic system. A brake inspection is needed ASAP.
When
I brake, the brake pedal and/or the car pulsates.

perfectly round. Resurfacing or replacement can fix the problem.
